Here you can familiarize yourself with the rules of our server. You are obliged to do this before you start playing.

1. General

1.1 Welcome to FlattyCraft! Here you can build your own political empires, have peaceful and not-so-peaceful debates, make alliances, and make Minecraft history within these rules. Play for fun, your own and others'. Treat other players with respect. Remember that we are all here to have fun.

1.2 By registering on our project, you automatically accept these rules, as well as the rules of other modes. Ignorance of the rules does not release the violator from responsibility.

1.3. The administration has no goal of penalizing the offender. Our goal is to make sure that no one interferes with the game process.

2. Donation

2.1. Donation payment is made only through the official site, other sites are not allowed.

2.2. Any purchase on our project is a voluntary donation. Refunds are made only in case of an error in the donation system or if the purchase was not used.

3. Account

3.1 Selling and hacking accounts, as well as logging into someone else's account without the owner's permission, is prohibited.

3.2. Impersonation of another person is prohibited.

3.3. Any means of circumventing penalties is prohibited.

3.4. Creating multiple game accounts to gain an advantage is prohibited.

4. Gameplay

4.1. Griefing is forbidden on the server. Griefing means damaging the property of fellow citizens of your city/nation. Damaging the property of citizens of other cities/nations or nomads is not considered as griefing. That means you can't grief people who trust you and who are a part of your town/nation. But you can start wars, grief other nations and commit war crimes against humanity (in minecraft, of course).

The server administration has access to commands that show information about who broke/set a block. Keep this in mind.

4.2. Buildings that have no meaning (mud columns) or that spoil the landscape (flying square islands) are prohibited.

4.3. It is forbidden to use any tricks or flaws that may affect the results of the game in an unfair way. This includes cheats, bugs, scripts, and any other methods of gaining an advantage in the game. Storing/distributing such information and methods, as well as installing them in the in-game launcher is equated to use and is penalized similarly.

If you are called for inspection, follow the instructions and directions of the inspector. Refusing to be checked, ignoring an administrator's summons, not having game logs, leaving the game is tantamount to proving your guilt in violating this rule.

4.4. Intentional possession/use/distribution of items obtained illegally (e.g. with cheats) is prohibited. If you somehow got them, please contact the Administration.

4.5. Abuse of Administration errors is prohibited. If you find them, you should immediately inform us about it. It is better for everyone.

4.6. It is forbidden to create mechanisms that harm server performance.

4.7. Server moderators are not allowed to abuse their powers.

4.8. Regarding the /imageframe command. I don't want to restrict players in its use, but please don't go beyond common sense.

5. Politics and chat

5.1. We value freedom of speech and pluralism of opinion, besides, our server is political, so we allow all ideologies (even the most inhuman). However, there are some limitations.

5.2. It is forbidden to insult players in chat.

5.3. Discrimination on grounds such as nationality, religion, gender is prohibited.

5.4. It is forbidden to call for aggressive violence in the real world, namely: supporting wars or calling for them to start, advocating and justifying nazism, calling for discrimination and physical violence.

5.5. Cities without infrastructure that take up a lot of territory and that were created more than 15 days ago will be disbanded by the administration.

5.6. The name of the city/nation should not include offensive words.

5.7. Don't surround other people's cities with privates in a way that prevents them from expanding freely.

5.8. Spam, flooding, and excessive use of caps (uppercase) in chat is prohibited.

5.9. It is forbidden to use chat to advertise other servers (without the consent of the administration).

Violation of the above rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban of the account.
